Quality Control
We strive to build quality in everything we make. This can only be done if everyone in our company is committed to quality in everything they do. We have a customized Quality Control program that ensures that our products meet your specifications. This starts with matching the correct design Code(s) and then following them during the design stages. It follows with bringing in quality materials that can be traced and matched to recognized industry standards. It also includes the use of weld procedures that have been tested and approved by a third-party safety authority. Our welders are also tested in-house to recognized industry standards and we ensure that their experience and competency is maintained through our active QC program.
Our Quality Control program builds quality by modelling it on the requirements documented in ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1. This requires that we have a third-party inspection agency and ASME perform a periodic audit that ensures we are hitting all our quality control targets every time.
Ultimately our ASME accreditation (pending) allows us to build pressure vessels that can be installed anywhere in North America and many other countries in the world.
